IM JAPAN

The IM Japan program is an official internship program in collaboration between the Government of Indonesia (Kemnaker) and Japan (IM Japan) which sends young Indonesians to intern at small and medium companies in Japan for 3-5 years, to transfer knowledge, work ethic and technical skills, with the aim of participants returning home with capital for independent businesses and opening up employment opportunities.

Tokutei Ginou (TG) Mandiri

TG to work in Japan is a work visa program called Tokutei Ginou (TG) or Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), a special visa launched by Japan in 2019 to recruit skilled foreign workers in sectors that are in shortage, such as nursing, construction, agriculture and hospitality, providing work status equal to Japanese workers with salaries and social protection.
